For a year, I followed the difficult life of the rivers, as the residents who live along the rivers in the state of Amazonas are called.
Living far from the cities, these forest dwellers learned to live with the hardships, chiefly during the floods of the Amazon River.
At this time, places where they grow fruits, vegetables and raise livestock, are flooded for more than half of the year.

Riverside life
